JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNC operator with us, you will:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC-controlled mills and lathes to manufacture high-quality components.

• Independently read and interpret drawings to ensure that products meet customer specifications.

• Maintain and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.

• Contribute to quality control and documentation of manufacturing processes.

• Participate in problem-solving and improvement projects to increase production capacity.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flows.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience as a CNC operator.

• Extensive experience with cutting tools.

• Good knowledge of reading drawings, quality awareness, and problem-solving.

• Independent use of the CAM system Mastercam.

• Experience with Mazak and DMG machines is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team/project setting.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
